When I plug my power supply in even with the toggle switch in the “off” position, the fan comes on. As long as I the power supply is plugged in the fan is running. Is the correct operation?
There are two switches. One for the power supply (large black switch beside the power plug) and one for spindle control (small silver toggle switch). If the black switch is in the off (0) position the fan should be off.
