My MDF was .225", so if yours is larger you need to make sure you enlarge the storage pocket size accordingly.
What bit did you use to engrave the 4’s and 8’s? You’re only going down enough to get through the paint, may want to make sure your cut depth didn’t get changed to go too deep.

That’ll look amazing! Take the cutout nice and slow, so you don’t chip off some of the weaker areas like between the 6/9 lines and the edge.

If you have the little greenie scrubbers on a shaft, those will get rid of most of the little bits that are left. I used the heck out of them, especially for the holes in the board.
