Pay close attention to the orientation of the switches and make sure you have the 1-4 correct.

I’d almost be willing to bet your switch configuration is:

SW1: ON (should be OFF)
SW2: OFF (should be ON)
SW3: ON (should be OFF)
SW4: OFF (should be ON per directions, I prefer it off)

Double check your X and Y axis as well. Make sure you understand which side is “ON” and which is “OFF” (ON is printed on the side that is ON)
