Need some help again please

So (due to a virus) I had to have my laptop rebuilt.
Reinstalled windows 10.
i also had to reinstall vectric desktop and Picsender.
So today i’m in the shop to see how everything will run.
i had success in locating the correct com port but now when i try to jog the machine, it just crawls along very slowly.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Could you (PicSender) have changed your GRBL settings? Check your $$ values.

What are your current $100-102 and $110-112 values?

I was once confused by a very slow jog, did all manner of things, then figured out that it was set to MM instead of inches and so was moving in much smaller increments than I was used to.

once again, please forgive me if this has been gone over before.
the last time i went through this was a year and a half ago.
these are the current settings in Picsender.

$1=255 (step idle delay, msec)

$2=0 (step port invert mask:00000000)

$3=4 (dir port invert mask:00000100)

$4=0 (step enable invert, bool)

$5=0 (limit pins invert, bool)

$6=0 (probe pin invert, bool)

$10=2 (status report mask:00000010)

$11=0.020 (junction deviation, mm)

$12=0.002 (arc tolerance, mm)

$13=1 (report inches, bool)

$20=0 (soft limits, bool)

$21=0 (hard limits, bool)

$22=0 (homing cycle, bool)

$23=3 (homing dir invert mask:00000011)

$24=25.000 (homing feed, mm/min)

$25=750.000 (homing seek, mm/min)

$26=250 (homing debounce, msec)

$27=1.000 (homing pull-off, mm)

$30=1. (rpm max)

$31=0. (rpm min)

$100=40.000 (x, step/mm)

$101=40.000 (y, step/mm)

$102=188.976 (z, step/mm)

$110=8000.000 (x max rate, mm/min)

$111=8000.000 (y max rate, mm/min)

$112=500.000 (z max rate, mm/min)

$120=500.000 (x accel, mm/sec^2)

$121=500.000 (y accel, mm/sec^2)

$122=50.000 (z accel, mm/sec^2)

$130=540.000 (x max travel, mm)

$131=540.000 (y max travel, mm)

$132=100.000 (z max travel, mm)

Like @DrewKasel said, it might be an inches / mm thing. Are you sure you want $13 = 1? I don’t know picsender, but may UIs expect grbl to report mm and do the conversions on the software side.

I have it set for english.
I hope the Jeff or John can point me in the right direction.

I’ve been doing some reading, but i’m sure that i’m missing something.

Once again, it shows me how much i need to learn.
I just ran out to my shop, connected, set it up for an air carve, and its running perfectly.
Once again, Thank you very much for your help.
