Hi all!
We’ve just completed our assembly- when in test mode, the y1 motor is not responding. We’ve switched it with the z motor and confirmed the motor is good. The wiring assembly is coordinated as pictured on the instructional diagram. What else could be the issue? Thanks!
Did you try swapping Y1 and Y2? If the motor plugged into the Y1 connector on the board is always the one not responding, you may have a bad driver. Contact Inventables.
Hey Neil! Thank you so much for the response. Yes, we did swap those two with the same result… not the news I wanted to hear lol, but a bad driver would make sense. Thanks so much- we will contact the Inventables crew.
