How to Get Started
For new projects, countertops are enabled by default. For existing projects, countertops can be enabled with a single checkbox. Scroll to and expand the Countertops section in the right side panel then check Enable countertops. This is also where you change global settings for color, thickness, and the front overhang. It also contains the link to create the dimension printout
Once enabled, countertops are automatically added to the expected base cabinets and appliances (e.g. dishwashers). As you add new cabinets or edit existing ones, countertops are automatically updated and rendered in real-time.
For more granular control, there’s a per-cabinet Countertop section in the right side panel. It allows toggling countertops on/off individually. It also allows you to control the left, right, and back overhangs.
Finally, when your design is ready you can click Print Countertop Diagram to get a single-page printout with the countertops dimensions.
