New xcarve, old win 7 computer

i have had my xcarve for a year and i’d like to use an older computer to handle my xcarve duties so i can use my normal computer for administrative duties.

how do I get xcarve to work on windows 7?

I’ve completely reset windows 7 64 bit, and wiped it.
I’ve downloaded and installed the latest easel driver.

what am i doing wrong?

Is the issue with the Easel program detecting the XCarve? I had problems initially with Windows7 when trying to use Internet Explorer. Once I switched to Chrome as my browser, everything worked perfectly.
