Hello all, first time poster here. Purchased my X Carve Pro 4x4 several months back and have been having great success on projects. Then today I went to cut out a simple logo and starting having issues shown in the attached photo. I double checked my files and everything looks fine. Any idea what may be happening here? Sometimes it will carve multiple paths during its run as you can see, sometimes it doesnt carve all of the paths. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Contact support if you have not already. Be ready for some questions like what program you’re using to drive your XCP. They likely will want to know if it is returning to the same Work Zero after the carve. Also be prepared for questions on if maintenance lubrications is up to date as well.
I did have have a problem with my 4x2 XCP losing position in X on one specific project after many months of successful runs. Reducing the feed speed significantly would resolve the issue. However, for a long carve, that is not a great option. Through some debugging, we were able to reduce the acceleration on the axis, keeping the original feed speed, to resolve the problem with minimal impact on run time.
Again - Not sure if this is related to the issue you’re having. Maybe you’re losing some of the stream of G Code going to the XCP from your PC. Hard to say without data.
You may want to try previous projects to see if the issues comes up with them as well. Going to require some debugging to get to the root cause.
