A you can see in the pictures , I set Easel the way I want Xcarve to do the job, on the second picture you see that is offset . Any tips are greately appreciated.

Have you calibrated your steps per axis? It seems as if it is traveling too far which would be corrected by calibrating your steps.
Did you set your zero to the bottom left corner of the workpiece?
It looks like his clamp is on that bottom left corner. I would guess he homed his machine to just up and right of the clamp, and that is the cause of the offset.
I would guess you are correct.
