Thanks for the suggestion. I made my own wasteboard and i just had the machine carve a grid into the board. I am definitely higher on one side than the other. i guess i can try to shim the wasteboard to make it level or attach another 1/2 inch of mdf and use a surfacing bit to level it out.
I was reading about the difference between conventional cutting and climbing cut. It seems that I am getting the chatter on the climbing cuts. I have seen some debate on this kind of cut is recommended. Any thoughts?
