Try turning power off, swap your left and right connectors at the controller, power on.

It’s pretty rare for a stepper to go bad. Triple check wiring. Do you have conductivity at both ends of wires?

They answered without even reading what I wrote to them earlier. They recommended me to do what I did yesterday to them in a letter about it I wrote to them. And they also wrote that it takes 24 hours to wait for an answer. As I understand it, tomorrow is the next ONE answer)))
There’s not much they can do aside from selling you a new board. The motor drivers are not (easily) replaceable.
