Noticed when job was finished the corners were not square! Anyone have ideas? I don’t mean not rounded I understand it’s a round bit! What I mean is how the rounded corner is offset from the sides and top.
This is to high of feed rate. Either slow it down or do a finishing path.
You may have to set up another tool in your database and tell the settings the tool is .01 smaller than the actual diameter and add another tool path. this way you don’t have to do a tool change and just run the added path.

Hey Shane, I’m having the same problem. Just finished up my Xcarve assembly yesterday. Was the belt tension too tight or loose for you?
