What gives? I purchased monthly access and carved a project then went to do another one and it doesnt acknowledge I have access. It also made me use 2 free days the other day. Get these bugs fixed please!
I may have figured out part of it. The carve that wouldnt acknowledge my paid subscription was an older design. I simply made a copy and it worked fine.
I sent them an email but no one live to talk to on a weekend when I am trying to get several christmas gifts cut.
