Passing on a commission in Tampa, Fl

I have a friend of mine, a custom pen maker, that is looking to have some CNC work done.
He is in Tampa, FL, while I’m in Canada (a little to much for the shipping) and he wood like to discuss a commission for some special design boxes.

Although we are still in Canada, what is it they are looking for? Our shipping rates to the U.S. are pretty good.

I’m in Virginia, but I’m sure shipping is still fairly high from here. Any further information about the project would be great. Does the design already exist?
