Looks like it will work fine. I have slightly enlarged the standard footprints for most of my pcb component patterns to ease routing tolerances and give more copper for soldering.

Now working through milling my studentsâ pcbs and finding enlarging trace widths in their designs is essential. Iâm also finding we need to raise the travel Z height to .9 mm to avoid scratching the copper.
