Pockets Cut on Pine

I cut a flat piece of pine with pockets for holding tools.

The pockets came the right size length and width and the overall project cut out perfect except for the bottom right corners. The round corners both go in like the bit travel further.

Anyone explain why?

Thanks

is your waste board level?

Yeah uploading a pic now

Ive cut a few things and everytime it goes wonky in the bottom right corner but only on the bottom side

Check the set screws on all your pulleys. Often times, you can’t tell they’ve backed out. I had almost the identical problem. I bought a $6 bottle of blue loctite, put it on the set screw, tightened them down and have never seen the problem again. Make sure you use blue loctite though because it can be loosened if ever needed. Red is permanent and you don’t want that.
