Looking for some tips and pointers on how you guys make sure your material is square on the table so that your design is square on the wood (material).
I usually use oversized workpiece and cut the perimiter using the cnc itself.
Or jigs or engraving lines onto the wasteboard can aid in alignment as well.

Did you jog your router around to help place it so that it’s square to the gantry position as it moves around?
Yes. I set it up with a dial indicator in both X and Y directions.
Its dead on.
I use blocking if I need to move the material.
