Problem with image trace

I’ve tried importing several images with the image trace app with no success. I get the message: Vectorizing failed: Cannot read file type, use a PNG or JPG

All the files I’ve tried uploading are either of the type mentioned above. I’ve even tried uploading images I know I’ve had success with in the past.

Any ideas?

Use the forum search… it may have something to do with your clock. Sounds weird but it’s a known issue.

You’re not giving enough info. Go ahead and share your picture file and see if image have any problem.

Yes. It worked. My clock was off by one minute.
