Any suggestions on the easiest way to remove the press on pulley’s from the stepper motors?

wish i saw this last week… was a heck of a time, but got it off.
Also, if your disassembling… then reassembling… if your measuring your belts tension with a digital scale, make sure its in lbs or whatever your choice… I adjusted my y’s then went to my x and i must have hit the button some how and switched it to kg. new belt should be in on monday.
