Has anyone who added the OptLaser 6w experienced any fit or mounting issues when also using the new Dust Shoe Mount on the upgraded 2017 X-carve? Can both be used on same spindle mount?
As far as mounting the laser, there is an old saying that would apply.
Where there is a will, there is a way.
If you really want this setup then you cut the brush and make the path. anything you want is possible. all you have to do is make it happen.
When and if you get this laser and mount it and it works we would ask that you come back to this post and let everyone know what you did to make it work for you.
X-Carve mount can me mounted on both sides of the spindle. I do not know much about the Dust Shoe Mount but maybe it takes space only on one side? Could you post a photo so maybe I can help you with this
