When I go to carve I get a message that say’s nothing to carve with your settings but does not tell what is wrong.
Most likely if it says that your bit is to big for what you want to cut. Run the simulation and see what is being cut.

1/16 up cut
Well you can try a 1/32" but i might try a 60 degree and see what it looks like. Must be pretty fine if a 1/16" won’t cut it.
