Working on small piece.
Some area is in fact smaller than the bit diameter but they are white space (no need to carve).

I don’t really want to cut my file in two separate files for simple shape like that 
can you share your file?
have you tried to cut it? It still gives a warning if you change the bit to .125. I’m looking for a a stray path somewhere.
there are two extra paths set to fill at zero doc. Once I erased those, the warning went away
I combined the two shapes needed to cut the medium grey ring, and erased the large circle set to fill at zero doc.
