Why does this message pop up when all I am trying to do is cut a simple circle on a piece of material 6 x 12 with an 1/8th in bit?

Hey Garry, in the materials section (top right) you can turn off tiling.
Most likely your work are is set wrong for your specific CNC, this can be changed by going to Machine>Edit Your Machine
And this will stop the Tiling from automatically being activated when it should not be.
