I just got my xcarve setup and really like it so far. Except for the ridges like in the pic. Anybody have this happen before?
What kinda of wood…what bit or bits did you use and how did you carve?
Welcome to the forum, which machine do you have? keep your dust boot about above the surface of the wood AND high enough it wont brush over any clamps. Also make sure everything is snug and you fdont have any “play” on your axises
I’ve got an X-carve but I think I have it figured out. Had a couple of adjustable v-wheels not spinning and trammed the machine.
