Right shape, wrong dimensions

Hello Friends,

I am having some trouble with the dimensions my xcarve is cutting. I want to make a slot that is 0.1875" wide and my gcode is set up correctly to do so using Fusion 360 and UGS. The problem is my xcarve makes the slot ~0.21". I am set up using an 1/8" bit and have checked that multiple times to ensure my bit isnt off. Can anyone offer up any advice? I have not modified anything using the $$ command either. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
the bit is 0.119 and I ran through the calibration and still have the same problem.

is your machine squared?

How much stick-out? Maybe the tool is deflecting.
