Rough cut one area and detail the other

I have one part of my project cut through with 1/8" bit 3/4 inch material, and the other is surface only with 60 degree v bit.
When I run the simulator the v bit runs the same as the 1/8 bit and I want to separate them.

split the job in to 2 separate workpieces and assign the bit you want to each

Thanks Sam,
I did finally find the boxes at the bottom left when you click the arrow to open them, just copy your piece to the next bow add or delete the work you want done with that bit and you are off and running. The project I did came out almost perfect ( the wood was thinner in some areas). Thanks for the reply and hope others find this useful.
