Can you carve with round nose bits ie bowl router bits?
Yes. They just won’t simulate correctly in Easel.
Bowl bits sometimes have a flat bottom. You may want to get roundnose bits aka core box bits

Any tips? Can’t figure out stepover, was practicing on a tray but I had too much material left over. Tried using a straight bit setting in easel.
