just bought the x-carve unit about three months ago and the 611 router doesn’t work any more just died this morning. what can i do to resolve this issue.
Contact support or Dewalt
Change the Brushes, that’s probably what it is.

PawPaw has all sorts of videos.
Unless you have many hours on the machine, I’m very sure that brushes are not your problem.
DeWalt has a problem with the variable speed control.
It should be covered under warranty.
Mine did the same thing.
