Has anyone had any trouble saving or deleting projects?
When you first get into Easel you will see all of your projects. If you hover on the upper right of the Icon the trash can will be visible and you can then delete a project. Easel will pop up an “are you sure” window.
If you create a new project and make edits these are saved as you go. If you close your browser and go back in, you will see the project as you last manipulated it.
Is your experience different than what I described?
Has everything been working for you except not recently?
System not saving at the moment. keep getting saving failed prompt. no connection to help either.
You must be connected to the internet for Easel to save your work. If you make any changes when you’re not connected to the internet it will not save.
