Downloaded the newest easel driver. Since then each time I open easel preparing to carve, I’m told I need to re setup my machine. As soon as I close out and re-sign in to easel it asks the same thing…it’s not saving my machine setup. Any ideas?
What browser are you using?
Make sure cookies are enabled.
Hi Neil…have always used firefox with cookies enabled and have not had any problems in the past.
Chrome is the recommend browser. Try that.

Safari on a Mac works extremely well too. 
Firefox is fully supported, and you should not have to change browsers.
Is it possible that your settings in Firefox changed to clear local storage upon exiting the browser?
