Hello all, I purchased an x-carve from a maker going out of business. I am almost all set-up, but am having some difficulties in easel. I am use the the carvey and using easel but am having troubles with the x-carve. I went to easel to set-up my x-carve and can’t seem to get past the homing sequence screen on set-up. Everything is hooked up correctly and I am at a loss.
What does the machine do when you attempt to Home it?

It makes a noise and thats about it and it just sits on the homing set-up screen in easel.
You can ask the merchant.
What do Easel → Machine Inspector give as system status?
What are your GRBL parameters?
Need more input.
They told me to come to the forum.
Barring any settings issues as @HaldorLonningdal is starting to hint at, I wonder if you have stepper motor phase wires crossed? Do you know how to check which two wires are part of the same phase on a stepper motor?
If the stepper(s) make sounds like gravel being rattled around inside a tin can with your head inside then this might be the issue.
A quick search should provide useful information. Also, a thorough look through the instructions from Inventables is also wise.
