Shippment stuck on Customs

Hello,
I have Ordered a few bits and other stuff and paid with my credit card. Now the pckage is stuck at the customs because there is a commercial invoice missing? i cant get the package. Please check.

You really should contact Inventables’ Customer Service if there is an issue with your shipment. Although many of the Inventables staff members frequent the forums, contacting customer service directly is going to be your quickest approach to a resolution for shipment issues.

i wrote them an email but no answer :unamused:

I would give it a few days in case they are trying to reach out to the shipment company and resolve the issue. You might also try calling them as well.

Just try to be patient; it might even be the shipping company at fault, or maybe the paperwork was just accidentally lost. Things happen sometimes…
