First cut using new Gecko controller. Roughed with 1/4" end mill, finished with 1/8" ball nose, lettered with 60 degree v bit and profiled with 1/8 end mill.
Does anyone ha ve a resource for free 3d models? I need to do a sign for a cabin that features a blue heron. I found a model on Vectric but it is $25!

You can check the 3D warehouse for Sketchup. They have a lot of free 3D files that can be imported into vCarve
