For sale $1600: OCD designed & built! HIGHLY custom 500 x 650 X-carve. Features heavy-duty base from 20x40 extrusion that sits on 1" rubber isolator pads, 7 ga. steel table with 1/4-20 tapped holes on 2" grid, ACME screw drive, 12mm linear rails, full limit switches, off-line DDCSV 3.1 CNC controller (no PC needed), Gecko G540 stepper driver. Note that with this controller setup, it will not connect to Easel. You will have to replace the off-line controller with other GRBL controller (x-controller or similar) in order to use Easel. The pics show a small DC spindle, but will be fitted with a DeWalt 611 router upon sale, including 1/4" and 1/8" collets and spare brushes. The machine upgrades have been professionally designed, built, and adjusted from the bottom-up. The side plates and end plates are laser cut from 3.0mm high-strength steel, then powder coated. Machine is very rigid and very accurate. If you are looking to do smaller projects, THIS is the machine for you. Actual working envelope is X 16.78 x Y 11.64 (as shown on pic of controller).
