At some point, one of the axes is slipping somewhere causing the cut to go wrong. I can’t diagnose it any better than that.
How did you set your belt tensions? did you use a fish scale? If i remember correctly 1" lift in the center of the belt at 6lbs maybe? also check all your v wheels.
What seem strange it it looks to have partially corrected itself. It is more off in the center of that view.
Some details of your machine and cut settings would be helpful for diagnosis.
