Spindle Control moved to Edit Machine

In an effort to consolidate all machine based settings in a single place the Spindle Control setting has been moved to Edit Machine.

If you forget the General Settings window has a redirect to the correct location. The plan is to leave this in place for a few months to ease the transition.

Looks like this mornings roll out also included re-organizing the installed font selections… any other hidden changes we should expect?
