Spindle Not Returning To Origin At Set Origin Safety Height

I have the first problem that I can’t solve after reading and searching.

Every time I want to finish a project with cutting the board through the spindle only raises about a 0.25 of and inch, then cuts right across my project ruining it.

I’ve reset the safety height to 0.2 in and the Origin Safety Height to 0.5 in, 1 in and 1.5 in – None of this made a difference.

I look at the toolpath in Easel and it shows the spindle raising the extra height in both the primary and final passes to and from the origin, but still rises only 0.25 in at the completion of the cutout.

I’m at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI, I’ve created several test projects from scratch and reinstalled the machine settings several times.

Can you to go into machine>general settings>machine inspector and change $122 to =50 not 500… this should fix the issue, a value in between 50 and 500 might be best, but until the inventables team reviews this ti determine the optimal value, I’d just use the 50 value…

Unfortunately, $122 was set to 50.
I’ll reenter it and see what happens.

You’ve posted into the pro category but those are the settings for the standard one. .
