Spindle Speed Controller low speed performance

Some speed controllers maintain spindle power even at low speeds, rather than simply reducing the RPM. Is the Spindle Speed Controller (30417-01) capable of maintaining power at low speed with the Quiet Cut Spindle?

Thank you, TonyNo. I should have specified I am looking at the 300W QC Spindle with the 48V Power Supply. The one in the chart is 24V. Is the chart derived using the Spindle Speed Controller?

@JohnDClark This is a simple, low cost, open loop PWM speed controller. If you are looking for something to maintain power the Dewalt 611 or another AC router using the SuperPid controller.
