Spindle will not start

I was planning a project and tried to us same XY and the spindle took off and hit a bolt head and stopped spinning. After correcting the problem in stalled new bit and NOT using the us same XY ever again, when it is supposed start the spindle it is dead. I assume it ma have over currented and blew a fuse but where is the fuse or reset?

unplug, wait 10 mins and plug back and try again.

There is an auto resetting circuit, but it takes a few mins to discharge and then to reset.
