Have you run into any issues where the PVC sheets warp over time? Especially if the PVC is in sunlight?

None that I am aware of, I just hung two of them in Myrtle Beach for my mom and a friend of hers. Time will tell both will get plenty of direct sun.
Jay Bates on YouTube had some warp after running it through thickness planer.
Something I would prefer not to do. Of coarse his planned has carbide inserts ipo knives.
