.stl files

So trying to teach an old dog new tricks. Me being the old dog. I am not that good with computers and this is killing me. I purchased an stl file but trying to get it on to easel seem impossible for me. I also have fusion 360 on computer. How do I do this?

Essentially, STL files are 3 dimensional files which Easel cannot interpret. A program like fusion 360 can. You would need to import the model. Alternatively, you can take a look at Kiri:Moto.

I’m suggesting Kiri:Moto only because it might be easier to visualize the mode to get you more familiar with STL files. With that said, it appears Fusion 360 would be a better choice to create a cuttable file. I use Vectric so this is a far as I can bring you. There are some really good videos on Fusion 360 that can get you where you want to go.

Good luck with your research.
