Switching between windows and MacBook pro

I first set up easel using a PC running windows 9.
Tried to run a design using MacBook Pro and it did not recognize it even after I downloaded for Mac software.
Is it OK to do this ?

Do you mean win 8.1 or win 10. Windows 9 doesn’t exist… officially.

I should of checked first Windows 7 Pro

Thanks Robert I downloaded an older version of Easel (3.2) an it worked.
