The Whittler's Upgraded Whittler (XCarve 1000x1000)

It is essentially the same as the diagram above for the X controller.
You connect the X/Y/Z outputs and the ground to the matching pins on the Gshield (somewhere in the xcarve instructions it shows which pins are which), and then connect power/ground to an appropriate power supply (I used a tiny buck converter).

I am running these sensors with the Gshield, but my arduino is flashed with a different version of grbl, so a picture would probably just complicate things as my pins are different.

So I’m in the middle of a serious rebuild that I’ve been gathering parts for a while now

I’ll update the thread when I get each stage finished, but for now I have a quick picture of the machine roughly assembled to check a couple of things.

And yes. I know the place looks like a bombsite
