It does…they fixed that! I’m sure it used to be a hard coded 0.25"
My experience is that safety height was default at 0.15 and the default applied to all new projects and you had to manually reset it.
@MarkA.Bachman i was thinking of a hard-coded 0.25" Z retract and then return to XY zero when a carve is canceled.
Ok makes sense, it’s just a pain at times when I am cutting labels and have to cut one at a time since I am using 1/16" two color and some labels only take a minute or two.
