I had a look at the project. I don’t see a problem now. So this fix must have fixed your project as well. Do you remember where you experienced the problem (e.g. letter A) ?

I dont remember exactly, I will have to look at the scrapped project. I stopped the carve after it did it the first couple of times and I couldnt salvage the project. Ruwan I apologize, after the first carve failed I changed DOC to .05 so that it would cut the detail in multiple passes. When I ran this again it was succesful.
