I am having a similar issue in except the tool path goes completely OFF the work piece and then when the bit comes back on to the work piece it gouges the material, thus ruining it; the tool path does show it goes off the piece for no apparent reason. Frustrating to say the least. Inventables said they are working on a solution.
Can you share the project?
