This has been a topic before but it’s been some time. Any advice on improving the order of cuts? Mine seems to be jumping all over and wastes quite a bit of time because of excess moves. Is there a way to improve that and I’ve just not found it yet?

unfortunately, Unless you split the design into multiple carves, you just sorta get what you get with the easel algorithm. It has gotten better over the years, but there is still room for improvement.
However, You can improve the time consumed on all those transition moves by tuning the CNC and using a faster MAX feed rate and that will make those transition moves occur even faster than the stock settings.
