Two Steps: Engraving, then cutting outside of shape

Hello everyone! I’m looking to engrave the “Two Months” and the lines inside of the pumpkin. Then I’d like to cut outside of the pumpkin. I’m having a hard time trying to figure that out. This is for my daughters two month milestone. Any help would be appreciated!

Bottom left, choose Duplicate
Select main design object (pumpkin) and go to Apps and choose Offsetter app. Set offset to desired value.
Now delete the unneccesary elements inside the main shape and you are done :slight_smile:

Carve this as two separate jobs, design/text first then outline.
You need to reset Z-zero or use a common reference point between 1st and 2nd carve, if you change bits.
