When facing the XCarv 100O, the Gantry Bar on the right side moves smoothly and evenly. The left side is herky-jerky and it is always trying to catch up with the right side. This causes lettering or outlines of objects to have areas that contain rough spots or have cuts inside or outside of the normal boundaries of the pre-drawn project. Any help or thoughts would be more than appreciated. Thank You, Frank
This sounds a lot like the jerky side is actually non operational (idle) and is just being pulled around by the working side… typically a loose wire or connector, id check for loose wires and u plug and repeat all the connectors for that motor, including the connector at the other end of the cable at tha back of the xcontroller
