Current:
-Stock 1000mm X-carve
-Dewalt 611 spindle
Have the ability to upgrade to a 1.5kW water cooled spindle. Love how quiet they are but worried about the weight (7lbs) of the 1.5kW spindle. Not looking to create a bigger issue with having to upgrade Z-axis, motors, ect…
I called Alan at Inventables (Great guy) and he couldn’t officially give me an answer. I have all the parts needed but wanted to ask all your opinions before I started to take everything apart.
